Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cooked broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pastry dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the broccoli mixture evenly over the dough, then roll it tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.
