  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each piece into flour, then egg, then coat with panko.
  3. Place coated chicken on the prepared sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, combine honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan and heat until warm.
  6. Brush the hot honey glaze over the baked chicken in last 5 minutes of baking or dip cooked chicken into the glaze.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in flour and panko.
