- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free crumbs
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or spray for air frying
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs mixed with toasted sesame seeds until well coated.
- Spray or lightly brush the cauliflower with olive oil. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
