A creamy, cheesy chicken pasta dish perfect for weeknights, with tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cooked pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
