Creamy, flavorful deviled eggs seasoned with tangy mayonnaise, mustard, and a hint of vinegar, topped with paprika and chives for an elegant presentation.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then transfer to ice water to cool completely.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives. Serve chilled.
