Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add diced onion, garlic, rice, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked.
- Remove chicken, shred, and stir back into the rice mixture.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 10 minutes, and garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use bone-in chicken for extra flavor if desired.
