Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
