- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes and sausage slices on a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are golden and cooked through.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven for 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
