- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant and onions are translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for beef.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
