- 24 frozen tater tots
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Arrange tater tots in a circular pattern in each muffin cup, pressing down slightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and bacon on each cup, then bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes.
- Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
