  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
