- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Meanwhile, toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce.
- After the Brussels sprouts are cooked, add the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and slightly crispy.
- Remove from air fryer, drizzle with remaining sweet chili sauce, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
